Jag Enterprises was founded in 2007 as a family-owned business supporting residential real estate developers in the fix and flip industry. Since then, Jag has provided thousands in residential/commercial transactions for hundreds of borrowers in northeast Ohio.
Michael Fixler

As President of Jag Enterprises LLC, Michael Fixler has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success. Since joining the organization nine years ago, he has expanded its operations, strengthened its infrastructure, and positioned Jag Enterprises as a leader in the industry.
Michael’s journey with Jag Enterprises began under the leadership of its founder, Mark Fixler. In 2015, Michael earned his degree in Business Management and Administration from Notre Dame College, equipping him with the knowledge and strategic insight to take the company to new heights. Over the years, Michael has grown the organization from a three-person team to an eight-person operation, introducing key roles in Information Technology, Front Office Management, and Operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Under Michael’s leadership, Jag Enterprises continues to evolve, embracing innovation and operational excellence. Michael’s commitment to expanding the company’s capabilities ensures that Jag Enterprises remains a trusted name in its industry for years to come.
Thomas Pearn
Vice President of Underwriting, Jag Enterprises LLC
With nearly two decades of experience in financial services and underwriting, Thomas Pearn brings a wealth of expertise to Jag Enterprises LLC. As the Vice President of Underwriting, he plays a pivotal role in assessing risk, developing strategic underwriting policies, and driving financial growth for the company.
Thomas began his career in 2005 as a Credit Analyst at Bank of America, where he honed his skills in credit risk assessment and financial analysis. He then transitioned to Chase Private Client, providing high-net-worth individuals with tailored financial solutions. His career path led him to Lincoln Electric, where he managed half of the company’s accounts across the United States, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in financial management and underwriting.
Since joining Jag Enterprises in 2019, Thomas has been instrumental in shaping the company’s underwriting strategies, ensuring sound financial decision-making, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Mark Fixler
Founder, Jag Enterprises LLC
Mark Fixler is the Founder and Manager of Jag Enterprises. Jag Enterprises has been funding private real estate transactions since 2007. Mark and his team have financed more than $300 million dollars of these transactions. Mark’s focus and efforts coordinate successful transactions between funders and borrowers, making this a win-win relationship for all.
Prior to founding Jag, Mark ran a successful mortgage insurance business with the Hartford Insurance Company.
